Hardware devices constitute the Edge side of the system, that is, the physical elements to be installed on the system that create the digital bridge between the machines and the cloud.

We chose to build W6 Edge Cloud Control in a modular way with the goal of facilitating service and upgrade operations. The modules are suitable for DIN-rail mounting, but a package is also available that includes all modules and a power supply already wired inside a small wall-mounted electrical box.

Devices:

W6 Main

Built around a SoC (System on Chip) is the heart of the system : it is equipped with a Linux operating system and is responsible for interfacing on the one hand the fieldbus, with more than 20 industrial communication protocols supported, and on the other hand the cloud with REST architecture.

W6 G-Com
and W6 GE-Com

The G-Com and GE-Com modules make it possible to connect to the Cloud even with only cellular network coverage or via Ethernet cable or even via Wi-Fi Access Point, ensuring communication reliable and (cyber-)secure.

W6 SuperCap

For power supply-critical installation, a high-capacity supercapacitor module is available that can overcome voltage drops of up to 5 minutes. A power supply stable reduces the risk of data loss.

If you are looking for an innovative way to optimize the management and control of your IoT devices and facilities by creating virtual models for simulations, monitoring and analysis data, our platform is the solution for you.
